Three startups, one road: shipping a product, then owning one, then owning the whole data stack. It started with a full production platform for last-mile delivery.

First, two AI-native logistics SaaS products: one for staff transportation, one for first-mile delivery, with AI built in to optimize routes and operations. Then the pivot: AI agents for ERPs that run whole business workflows end to end inside Sage X3, Oracle EBS and Odoo. I led the dev team and the architecture, and sat in the client meetings.
